Egg crates (Lumpy pads) for packing eggs are made according to TU U 17.2-00278801-008: 2020 “Lumpy pads for packing eggs. Technical conditions".

Egg crates (Lumpy pads) for packing eggs are made by pulp moulding and are intended for packing, transporting and storing eggs.

Properties

Crate size: No. 20, No. 20A.
Crate weight – 63 ± 3 g / pc.

Number of eggs in the crate: 30 pcs.

The crates are recommended for packing one egg weighing 70-80 g.
Egg crates (Lumpy pads) for packing eggs are packed by forming in packs of 100 pcs. and wrapping with polyethylene shrink film.

Dimensions
Egg crates (Lumpy pads) for packing eggs are made solid with the following dimensions:
Length - 310 ± 3 mm
Width - 310 ± 3 mm
Height - 51 ± 1 mm

The specially designed geometry of the pad allows to withstand the loads in the stacks without detriment to the packaged fragile products (eggs). At the request of the customer, the company manufactures corrugated cardboard boxes to ensure the transportation of eggs placed crates (lumpy pads).

Raw materials
Egg crates (Lumpy pads) for packing eggs are made from 100% of recycled materials (waste paper).
