The production facilities of PJSC “Zhydachiv Pulp and Paper Combine” are designed for a full
production cycle, from acceptance and recycling of technological raw materials to release of finished
products: corrugated containers and moulded eggs packaging.
Today PJSC “Zhydachiv Pulp and Paper Combine” consists of four main departments:
Paper production to product the base paper for corrugation, cardboard liner for flat layers of
corrugated cardboard, wrapping paper, with a total capacity of 43 thousand tons per year.
Cardboard production to product the boxboard and glued cardboard baseboard, as well as
finished cardboard products: flat glued containerboard and cover cardboard, with a total capacity of
50 thousand tons per year.
Corrugated cardboard production for the production of corrugated cardboard and
corrugated cardboard packaging, with a total capacity of 120 million square meters per year.
Equipment for corrugated production allows us to satisfy any needs of consumers, namely: to
produce four-valve boxes of any size and trays of intricate shape; to print from one to three colours;
to pack finished products with the most cost-effective type of packaging.
The eggs packaging (lumpy gasket for eggs) and moulded containers are produced on
modern automatic equipment with a capacity of about 72 million pieces in year.
