The professionals of the PJSC «Zhydachiv Pulp and Paper Combine» (PJSC “ZhPPC”) have reflected the ECO consciousness approach in new products. Based on current trends, our company resumed production of egg trays in a renewed format on modern automatic equipment with a productive capacity of 50 million pieces per year.
As a result of joint efforts, in November 2020, a unique «EggHOME» egg tray was designed and launched into production. The new construction features of the production line have provided the strength and rigidity of the tray. We offer a complex and profitable solution for a reliable package, and egg transportation: a specially designed corrugated box for a tray of 30 eggs.
Our production is completely ecological, the egg trays are made from ECO materials and are indeed different in the market with their hygroscopic qualities, air permeability, strength, and ease of disposal.
This project allowed us to expand our own production capabilities and provided employment growth with a beneficial effect on the entire region.
